Hi Edgar and I'm delighted to see you have finally emerged from your
e-silence. The full 27MB version as sent to me by Jerry is at:

Of course my thanks for your comments on standing on your head to
properly view the map.

The principle of 'parsimony' suggests that option three is correct,
Hardy's remark notwithstanding <g>.
