translated by Michael Hamburger.
It is a dual translated edition German - English
Penguin- International Poets.

Yes, Berti, you are perfectly right. The "Deathfugue" by Paul Celan was first published by the Romanian newspaper "Contemporanul" on May 2, 1947. Thanks to Irene, I released a photo of this edition at:
