   Some Czernowitz old timers take it as a personal insult if the city of
  our dreams is called of " crumbling architecture."
    How dare they !!
     Calling this jewel of the North Carpathians of crumbling anything
     ist eine grosse Gemeinheit...
     I really dont care .
     She was crumbling then , she must be crumbling now.
     I am not offended , not at all.
      Actually I like crumbling cities.
       Have you seen the ruins of Rome ?
