Please have a look at
http://czernowitzart.blogspot.de/
where you are going to discover - in addition to Paul Celan's recitation of
"Todesfuge" - his most famous poem in 10 laguages, i. e.

Two more remarks, which I'm pleased to share with you:
Any Matar, our fellow memeber from Israel wrote: "It is amazing, isn't it,
how many small shards make the mosaic of this poem. Reading poetry is a
special joy when discussing it and finding that, although, you have read it
together everyone understood or interpreted it differently not really
knowing the hidden meaning of it. Eytan's mother is probably the only one
who could put meaning into the words having known him. Thank you Eytan and
Edgar, I shall read the poem again and again and understand it better every
time."
Prof. Dr. John Felstiner, Professor Emeritus of English at Stanford
University, author of many standard works on Paul Celan and of the renowned
biography "Paul Celan: Poet, Survivor, Jew", wrotr: "How good to hear from
you, Edgar, also greetings to Eytan (whose mother I cherished as a friend,
met twice, and exchanged letters for years)! Greetings also to your
Czernowitzers, and their attentiveness to Paul Celan! It's moving & exciting
to see all this put together so well, and the page of JTA almost drives me
to the impossible time and place."
It's hard to escape from the fascination of the "Deathfugue",
notwithstanding the language used. Thank you all for your - as John
Felstiner mentioned - "attentiveness to Paul Celan"!
