I'm pleased that you identified among the obituaries out of "Der Tag" the that one for Dr. Friedrich Sturm and let me translate the few lines to you:

"Some days ago, the esteemed official of the financial administration, Dr. Friedrich Sturm, departed this life after a lengthy ailment at the age of 56 years."

by entering for instance "Sturm" into the search engine, you'll find all transcriptions of the articles (online translator ready) and three additional Sturm's, i. e.

11.04.1935: Isser Sturm (Vijnita) as a deputy head of the classification commission,
21.04.1934: Max Sturm dry goods store,
09.07.1932: Siegmund Finger, recte Sturm, son of the men's master tailor Wolf Sturm.
