We Czernowitzer are great criticizers and advice givers but not so good
solution finders.
The first generation Cz- er are highly motivated but physically or
otherwise incapacitated.
The followers are capable but not so motivated.
The local Jews are a riddle and unaccountable.
The volunteers alone cannot cope with the annual growth.
