If I get it right :
The Jewish cemetery is being cleaned by two workers two days weekly.
( by city)
   52 times 4 is 200 work days yearly(approx) .
Plus two ( some years only one) work camps of volunteers
  ( 7-10 volunteers each ). Average 100- 200 work days annually.
A total of 300 -400 work days yearly.
     No CJCRO assistance.
How is the balance of the vegetation:
     Increasing , Decreasing . Balanced.
(I hope my calculations are correct.)
