[Cz-L]Dr. Robert Flinker of Bukovina

Hi,

I am looking for information on a Dr. Robert Flinker (born in Wischnitz,
Bukovina), who was a writer and doctor. This is for his granddaughter. He
is on Wikipedia, but there are no documents about him or relatives to tell
her about him. If you have any info, you can write to me privately, if you'd
