The name appears to be Moishe Uminsky or Uminnsky. If Ms Mitchell can
provide me with the following information from the ship manifest, I will see
if I can locate and view the full manifest to get an idea of the
handwriting by comparing it to other handwritten names in the manifest and
hopefully obtain full clarity.

Name of ship
Foreign port of departure
U.S. port of arrival
Date of Departure from foreign port
Date of Arrival at U.S. port
