                   In April 1939, a new law regarding Rumanian citizenship
was passed.
   Obtaining or losing it depended on one's registered status in 1918.
  In july, a new deadline to register in the Rumanian Nationality Lists
was given
  with special instructions for the Jews of Bukovina.
