Very strange! Comparing the fate of surviving and homeless European Jews
With the fate of the Germans who left the Bokovina and Transilvania
After the war! In the years 1945, -46, -47, Germans could leave Romania
And resettle in either Germany or Austria. Jews, on the other hand did not have
A home country of their own till May 1948 and even then, were immediately
Involved in a war and a battle for survival.
