Hi, Edgar,
  Great infos and photos. It is still amazing that there are so many
(comparatively) synagogues in Istanbul. When exactly will you be in
Czernowitz, are you there for the poetry festival? Some German
friendsfrom Berlin will be there next week and you might like to meet t
hem. They speak a few languages like most of us.
