 I know another joke about policemen in Czernowitz. In front of the Stock
Exchange on the Postgasse a lot of Jews stood around, looking for business
or just taking with friends. They obstructed the free flow of the
pedestrians; a policeman came to make order, saying:

=E2=80=9Coder gehen Sie oder stehen Sie, aber machen Sie keine Kipkalich.=
=E2=80=9C
