Dear Nina,

It's simple... Galicia and Bukovina were separate provinces of the
Austrian Empire. (Bukovina was ceded to Romania after WW1, Galicia to
Poland). Czernowitz was capital city of the Bukovina. Galicia was to the
north - Lemberg was the chief city.
