"mienna" is probably "mayinne", I mean the pronunciation, not the spelling.
Thanks for reminding me of this particular dish, although it is unlikely

would have been made for Passover, unless the 'blintz bletlach' were made
with potatoe starch instead of flour. The filling was: leftover roast
beef ground
and mixed with fried chopped onion, chicken schmalz, salt and pepper.
