Michael most of us are on a diet or at least food-conscious!!!
However, after being so good for many days, I think we are entitled to a
little orgy from time to time. In fact, there was a diet club which I joined
here (the only one which helped me shed 5 kilos without much suffering) and
their theory was/is that once every week you are entitled to have a meal
without counting its calories.
It's also psychologically sound. My day of indulgence was Friday. In the
course of the week, whenever I longed for a chocolate bar, I immediately
thought:
"Friday is around the corner. Friday simply HAS to arrive. And this made
it a lot easier!
