I just had a flashback! My mother's brother used to call her potato kugel
something like 'toch' and I hadn't thought of that in sixty years. My mother
used to make something called 'mienna' during Passover. It was a blinz
bletlach with a meat filling. I've never been able to find a recipe
or anyone who ever heard of them.
