Dear Luba
What a coincidence! I'm also a Czernowitzer born in 1936, and a
survivor from Transnistria. All I said is that Chernivtsi has only an
Airfield and not an International Airport. It's o.k if you want to
fly to Kiev (which is the capital of Ukraine) and then turn back to
Czernowitz with an Internal flight. When did your husband leave
Czernowitz? Where did he live in Czernowitz? Was he in Transnistria
too? Where?
Best regards
