If there is a birthrecord in Czenowitz you will probably find it in the
"State Archive" in Czernowitz. I was there a few years ago, it is located
near of the center in a former catholic church, near the big food-market
and the citypark. I do not remember the exact address of this archive,
but I will travel now in august to Czernowitz, so I will also return to
this archive and will let you know about the address. I was searching for
familymenbers of my family (Rennert and Dlugatsch) and I found a lot of
information there.
