[Cz-L] Searching for Dr. Rosentuler (Rozentuler)

I am looking for anyone who was familiar with the family of Dr.Rosentuler
(Rozentuler), a pediatrician. He had a son Victor. He attended school # 1
and after graduation he studied, I believe, at the University of
Novosibirsk. His family continued to live in Chernovtsi, on the street next
to the theater.
