In my estimation, it'd be critical to get documented clarity on who owns
what and who's responsible for what, start there and then work back into
whatever kind of collaborative initiative we'd like to take. What I'm
understanding is that, so far, many, as did I, take some action on site,
very anecdotally, and pay whatever Yuri and that individual come to
terms with. It seems to me that the starting point is to see who really
does own the place (literally - who holds "title"), what their existing
responsibilities are (is there a contract or a document?), and then
determine what steps we collaboratively would like to take - if any.
I cannot imagine moving forward in some "formal" manner without
establishing with some confidence who's who. Or am I being too picky
about this?!?!?
