[Cz-L] Cz.-L Cemetery issue

Dear Czernowitzers,

I would like to reopen the discussion about the Jewish cemetery of
Czernowitz;

Many of us have expressed our concern over the state and fate of the Jewish
cemetery of Czernowitz. Before we decide what concrete steps we should take
in order to restore and maintain the cemetery, I think we need to gather
information and evaluate various options and possibilities.
In my opinion the information we need can be divided into 3 categories:

1) The best methods of preservation and restoration.
2) Possible sources of funding for this project.
3) Ukrainian laws and regulations governing old or historical cemeteries.
