Dear Mark,
The ICR (Institutul Cultural Roman) in Bucharest also published a new book
about Czernowitz. Looks like an album. Interestingly, it seems to be
published also in Ukrainian, English and German. I did not understand from
the description if the same volume is written in 2 or 3 languages, may be 4
(?). I don't know who the authors are and where they live.

A new book " From the history of Chernivtsi jews" was recently published
at Chernovitz with a limited copies. Book was writeen and published at two
languages simultaneously - Ukranian and English and have a lot of
interesting photos. It may be found at Chernovitz ( I myself received it
occasionaly from
Cz.) -so -if anybody will be interesting - ask your friens at town.
