[Cz-L] Standing in line during the Soviet times

One thing I forgot to ask:

When the Soviets came in to Czernowitz in 1940, and eventually supplies
began to run short, there were very long lines that Czernowitzers had to
stand in line on in order to purchase what they needed. One would hear
"Stand in line!" quite often, I think. How would one say this in Russian? I
hear the words Prof. Scherzer is saying, but I cannot spell it (in
Latin/Roman letters).
