[Cz-L] Popovici plaque

The 9th of December came and went and no word about the plaque.
There seems to be something wrong with the phones in Chernivtsi,
no matter whom I phone, I get a message saying, I have the wrong
phone number. I heard from the designer and apparently he had
a visit from Mr. Kleyman, who promised that the city council,
will discuss the plaque on Dec. 19th.

I first wrote to Mr. Kylynych about a memorial plaque
to Traian Popovici, on March 26 of 2008. Apparently the decision
of the city council requires the normal gestation period of 9 month.
