[Cz-L] testing

Czernowitzers...

The last message I moderated was from Phil Katz in response to Fred
Schneider (sent a few minutes ago), and it was in HTML. I'm trying a
new technique so that I don't have to edit out the html. If a few of
you can let me know how it is received (whether it has random
characters embedded in it) or it OK, I would appreciate it.
