Hello, hello, hello:
Is there anyone among our Czernowitzers with musical memory who recalls Yiddish and Austrian or Romanian lullabies that would have been popular in Cz? There was one that must have had more lyrics than I recall. It was very sweet and soothing. It went: "Hai da lu-lu-lu, Hai da lulu-lulu." Does that ring any bells for anyone?
Happy 2009 and 5769
Andy
