Czernowitzers... I believe Mimi has taken a most important step, one
that should not be lost in the clutter of heated debate. She actually
wrote to Mr.Zissels!

Let us put our individual voices to the task of letting Mr.Zissels
know who we are and what we think about the plan to exclude mention of
the holocaust from the Museum at its very inception.

Let us each, in our own way, write to Mr.Z and CC the email to the
list so that it is forever in our Archives, showing the world that at least
we did NOT stand by while, for whatever reason, one of our own
sanitized the history of Jewish Czernowitz.

We are 350 souls bound together not only by our genealogical
endevours, our affection for Czernowitz, and our Jewishness, but also
by the defining moment for Jews (indeed humanity) in the 20th century
-- the holocaust.

Let us be counted!

Best,
jerome
