Miriam:
I agree with you; we should develop an organization to consider what
should be done to renovate the cemetery, determine its cost, how to
raise the money to do the work and maintain the facility. By all
means existing organizations should be considered based on their
expertise and cost effectiveness. A non-profit corp. is probably the
best means of carrying out this work, providing the proper controls
over funds and management.
Good luck on your effort and those who have expressed interest in this work.
