Apparently "Yad Vashem" will acquire Ukraine KGB Records.
I got it from "Nu? What's new?", which says:
It is reported in the Israeli newspaper=A0Ha=B9Aretz that Yad Vashem =
recently
signed an agreement...

Maybe now we will know what happened to those who disappeared between
the summer of 1940 and the summer of 1941.
