[Cz-L] Jewish Gen information about Czernowitz and Bukovina

Jewish Gen recently informed me that they have updated their holocaust
data base. Among the added data they list under Romania:

New Romanian Lists (72,842).

Unfortunately they do not say what lists have been added.
Does anyone know how to get these general lists, without looking
for a specific family name?
Is there a Yizkor book for Czernowitz?
Would Jewish Gen be interested in those messages within
the correspondence of our list, which mentions facts and figures
relating to the Jewish community of Czernowitz?
