Richard...
Welcome to the group, that's the right place for you to be! Please be very careful concerning Romanian genealogy researchers, especially in the Suceava area. Apart from the fact, that the remuneration for the job should be a reasonable one, please make sure, that you NEVER EVER effect any payment in advance!
Concerning the house numbers in Radautz, the only opportunity, which I know, represents the "Land Register of Francis I"
http://www.franziszeischerkataster.at/Eindex1.html
established at the middle of the 19th century, but unfortunately the detailed maps, displaying each and any house, parcel, etc., are not public. However, let me know the house numbers you are looking for and I'll see what I can dor for you.
Warmest wishes for now and have an amazing weekend!
