This is because you have a Czernowitz 1907 state of mind.
All old timers have.
As it is , the old historic town has changed very little,
The new street names ,we dont know , don't need.
I know most of the new street names :
Zankovetzky and Korolenko
Sheptinsky and Rybalko.
