When I first moved to Wien in 1997 Meinl supermarkets were pervasive. These=
were sold to the German market chain RWE, leaving only the flagship, gourme=
t store on the Graben. However, according to Wikipedia, Meinl not only cont=
inues to sell and serve coffee in Austria, but has three coffee shops in Chi=
cago and has opened up in London. Not sure what this has to do with Czernov=
itz, but it is very relevant to coffee lovers!
