hi, tocz sounds very much like a potato latke mixture with added yeast to
make it rise and baked in an oven to make it crisp,as described in das waren
noch zeiten. i will phone some of my elder czernowitz relatives in israel to
see if i,m close....will also try to make it !!!! i will report results.
