I hope that when or if you venture into preparing the above mentioned
calorie bomb you use - for grating the potatoes - a proper
"Reibeisen", and not a "Food Processor" . Maybe it should also be
mentioned that the owner of
"Steinmetz Selchwaren" described in the article was Mimi's grandfather.
