   Hi Marianne,
   if you scroll through my "Ramblings" on the Bucovina site, you will find
that I submitted two typical Czernowitz recipes for cakes, their source
being the famous Friedmann restaurant in Czernowitz.
   I think they would fit well into your planned cook-book. As soon as you
get going, I will transmit more.
