Dear Michael.
It so hapened that we were invited yesterday by a
Romanian neighbor and had ciorba and sarmale with mamaliga.
There was left a little mamaliga and we had it with feta cheese and
sour cream (sol mir so gud sein wie die mamaliga war)
Mamaliga by the way is also popular in the Ukraine (The Russian's
derogatory name for Ukrainians was MAMALIJNIKI)
