[Cz-L] Arranging for tombstone repair

Dear Friends:

I have a friend in Israel who would like to arrange for repair of a
tombstone in the Czernowitz Jewish Cemetery. Most of the stone still
stands, but the top third has broken and fallen off. Can you suggest
whom he should contact to arrange for repairs?
