Hi, Czernowitz-L members --

I'm forwarding here a helpful message to me (as a rom-sig member) from an
Austria-czech discussion group member, and my response. I think they might
apply to more than just myself. Having only recently joined four discussion
groups, it took me an unwisely long time to realize how helpful the
discussion lists of several additional SIGS might turn out to be to my
researches. I'm rectifying that shortsightedness now! --
