Hi John:

Between approx. WWI and WWII, Czernowitz and the rest of the Bukowina
were a part of Romania. So, if you know that James Trichter was born
in Romania in 1924, it's entirely possible that he was born in
Czernowitz . . . or anywhere else in Romania.
