Hi, Mimi and all,
In response to your question:
I tried, quite hard, to find an e-mail address or any other contact with a
webmaster and did not succeed.
I checked each of the following links:
Religion
Synagogues
Customs
Education
Culture
Literature
Arts
Politics
Tolerance
Deportation
Diaspora
It is not really a Jewish History Encyclopaedia in Russian. It is just a
translation of several chapters/entries of the original Hebrew Encyclopaedia
of Jewish History. Each of those chapters deals with one of the
above-mentioned eleven topics. When you click on one of those links you get
a summary of the respective topic/entry and on the screen you'll also find
a click to a more detailed and elaborate discussion. In general, it is a
wonderful educational presentation intended for Russian speaking people all
over the world, not just Jews, who are interested to know more about Judaism
and the history of the Jewish people.
I hope it is quite clear by now.
Hag Sameach,
Abraham K.
