[Cz-L] Translation of article from the Romanian "Ziua"

Am surprised that there were no comments about the above-mentioned
article. It was certainly not written to foster and cement good
relationships between Romania and Ukraine, and it sounded as if it had
been "ordered".

On other thoughts, a great TODA RABA to Mimi et al. for the efforts you
put in making the plaque come true.

Mr. Lehaci, nobody has anything against you, your efforts are also
commendable, and I am sure we, as a group, will stay in touch with you
and assist you, but you must also try to understand our point of view as
well.
