Dear Czernowitzers -

On this point, I believe that the unveiling of the plaque honoring
Traian Popovici must be organized from within the city. Dr. Bursuk
seems to have been the primary contact in Chernivtsi and we should
probably rely upon his advice as to what protocol to follow to get
the most out of such a ceremony, and to fully bring publicity and
honor to such a hero among men. Perhaps Dr. Bursuk would also be the
person best able to organize the event; if not, he could certainly
find out what protocols to follow.

I agree that full involvement of Mimi, Florentin, Hardy and the list
of possible attendees mentioned in Mimi's last email would be most
welcome. We should await further word from Dr. Bursuk.
