Re: [Cz-L] Soviet period- Pioneers

On the "Galstukh" (Tie) clip was the soviet epitome of sickle and hammer and
the inscription "Bud Gatov" (be prepared) which was the first half of the
"Pioner" greeting. The answer was "Fsiekda Gatov" (always prepared). I lived
only 8 months during the second period of the Soviets but the fact that the
Red Army liberated us from Transnistria influenced me as young boy to
become a most ardent follower of the system. The disappointment I
experienced later is another story but till this day after 64 years I
remember many things that were part of our every day life then.
