[Cz-L] Reunion

Although I am not yet 100% sure of participating, I agree that the
Czernowitz sector should be strengthened and the actual formal reunion
activities be based there (after all this is the CZ list!). Then those who
do have an interest in Vienna can do that before or after.

Personally, given our history and the centrality of the State of Israel to
Jewish life, I would rather have Israel as the second staging point.
